What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a full range of cleaning services, including regular maintenance, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized cleaning for both residential and commercial spaces.
Are your cleaning products safe and eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment.
How do you determine the cost of your services?
Pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of cleaning needed, and any specific requests. We’re happy to provide a free estimate based on your unique requirements.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know, and we’re happy to accommodate.
How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book by contacting us directly via phone, email, or through our website. We’ll work with you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We understand things come up! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What is your payment policy?
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit upfront before the cleaning. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job. We accept debit, credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Venmo and Zelle.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Our company has diligently vetted all of our cleaners. Each applicant in our hiring process is thoroughly background-checked, trained, fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Our company holds contingent 1,000,000 liability insurance and fidelity bond that protects our customers as third parties in the event of breakage or damage.
Do I need to be home while the cleaning is done?
We offer contactless service. Many clients provide us with entry instructions, and we complete the cleaning while they’re away. We can also work with you to find a time that’s convenient for you to be present. Our company provides each client with a full report, including before and after photos, to ensure the job meets our high standards and your satisfaction.
Can I request specific cleaning tasks or customize my service?
Yes, we’re flexible! Let us know if you have specific tasks or areas you’d like extra attention on, and we’ll customize our service to fit your needs.
Are pets ok at home during the cleaning service?
We love pets and understand that they are family. However, if your pet is aggressive in any way, we ask that you leave your pet in a gated area or outside to ensure the safety of our cleaners. If you are not home when we arrive, please let us know how to handle cleaning around your pet.
